Complaint handling
It's unfortunate if you have a complaint about our products and/or services. We'd love to help you and offer you a satisfactory solution. You can send an email to miranda@thingsthatmakeyoufeelgood.nl or call us at 070-3521919. Please also read our warranty and return policy for more information.
We will review your complaint and try to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.
We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt. If it requires more time, we will inform you.
If you don't appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, to which we are affiliated. They will then mediate: https://www.keurmerk.info/nl/consumenten/klacht/
As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at ( http://ec.europa.eu/odr ). If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file it via the European Union platform.
