Warranty & returning products
Our warranty policy
When purchasing products from Things that make you feel good®, you can rest assured that all products are of good quality, are safe and durable, and that the products are fit for all purposes for which they are intended. Also, any written description of the product matches that description.
If the above conditions are not met, you may be entitled to repair or replacement of the product, or a refund. Please contact us if you are not satisfied. Together we will find a solution. Our site is called thingsthatmakeyoufeelgood.nl. We really want to make this true!
We take great care in packing our products, but anything can happen during shipping. On receiving, please check the contents of your package for damaged goods or missing items. In such case, if possible, please take a photo and send us an email with that photo attached.
What to do if you want to cancel your order or return a product?
We begin processing your order immediately after you place it and we have received payment. Before your order has been shipped, it is always possible to cancel it. Just send us your cancellation request by email. Of course we will refund the entire amount paid in case you have already made payment.
Should you wish to return your order, please make your return request within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Please return the item(s) in the original packaging, so we recommend that you keep the packaging for at least 14 days after receipt of your order. Please contact us before returning any item(s) for return instructions.
Shipment costs when returning
Only when you return the entire order, will we refund your shipping costs, so if you keep part of the order we will not refund the shipping costs. You must pay the shipping costs for returning product(s). If we have sent you an incorrect or damaged article we will pay the shipping costs for these, of course. We recommend that you use a trackable shipment.
Your refund will be processed once we receive the product(s) and checked the content of the package. Refunds will be processed immediately but no later then 14 days from receipt.
